Once the assignment is complete, you receive a full documentation package and invoice.

What you receive

The documentation package is sent automatically by email after delivery. You don't need to ask for it. Everything is gathered in one place.

Photo documentation
Photos of the cargo at pickup and delivery. Documents condition before and after transport.
Invoice
An itemised invoice with the trip's details, distance in km and any applicable surcharges. Ready for bookkeeping.
Signed waybill
Approved and signed by the recipient on delivery. Confirms the cargo was received in the agreed condition.

Understanding your invoice

What it covers
Distance, X km
The transport leg itself, from pickup to delivery, calculated according to the agreed transport type. See the price list for the applicable rate per km.
Minimum price
DKK 900 incl. up to 60 km. Applies if the trip's km-based price is lower than the minimum amount.
On-Demand surcharge
+50% on the km rate for urgent transport with no advance planning.
Extra stop
DKK 150 per extra pickup or delivery beyond the start and end destination.
Great Belt / Øresund
DKK 400 bridge toll, inclusive of administration.
Other tolls/ferries
At cost. Invoiced at exact cost.
Overnight stay
For trips requiring an overnight stay. Price by agreement.
Total
All lines summed, excl. VAT.
